Approach

360º approach with representation from the global population; designed inclusive and structured approach to securing feedback; held 1:1 sessions and focus groups to assess cultural norms, vision, mission and values, engagement with the business strategy, and HR needs; analysed findings to feeback.

Results

Findings analysed, reported and presented to inform the global HR strategy and the wider business change agenda.
