Challenge
Project manage the design and implementation of global engagement survey.
Approach
In partnership with HR Head of Operations, Board Colleagues and HR team, designed and implemented a global survey, engaged key stakeholders; established a network of Ambassadors and Champions to encourage two way communication across the globe; developed holistic internal communications and engagement strategy; configured a framework for continuous action planning.
Results
All-inclusive colleague engagement survey delivered to time and within budget, accounting for multiple cultures, languages and disciplines. Creative and integrated communications collateral to involve colleagues, leading to an overall 77% completion rate.
